We help campus leaders make better decisions about AI adoption

We create AI Blueprints for departments based on what's actually happening inside their teams. Through an AI Assessment, we gather the organizational data leaders need to decide what to prioritize, where to invest, and what to do next.

Getting the Most Out of Microsoft Copilot

Most institutions already have Copilot in their Microsoft 365 tenant and are barely scratching the surface. Tailwind walked through real, role-based ways staff can use it inside Word, Outlook, Teams, and Excel to claw back hours every week.

01 — 06

Every campus is having a conversation about AI right now.

The question isn't whether people are talking about it. It's where all that talk goes.

02 — 06

90% of the AI conversation on campus is about student cheating.

It's a real problem, and it deserves the attention it gets. But it's one part of the AI conversation, about one part of the college.

03 — 06

But what about AI in campus operations?

The other ten percent: advising, financial aid, the registrar, HR, IT, facilities. The work that runs the college.

04 — 06

The promise of AI.

“I'm not getting more than 97 employees for years to come. But I still need to increase capacity and improve student outcomes. Can AI help me?”

How do we figure this out?

Because between the promise and an actual plan sit questions like these.

We help make your campus become AI ready.

An AI Blueprint shows you where to start with AI — grounded in your own people and your own work.

What is an AI Blueprint?
The assessment

Your AI Blueprint starts with your people.

We talk with people across your unit, add benchmark context, and turn what we learn into a practical Blueprint for what to do next.

What we do

We talk to your people.

Structured conversations across your unit help us understand how AI is already being used, how people feel about it, where work is getting stuck, and where opportunities may exist.

We add benchmark context.

We compare what we hear with patterns from other colleges and departments to help separate local signals from broader trends.

We turn it into your Blueprint.

You receive a unit-specific plan that identifies priorities for training, tools, workflows, investment, change leadership, and next steps.

Why we don't stop at a survey

AI adoption is a people challenge.

If you want to change how people work, you first need to understand what they know, how they feel, what they're already doing, and what may be holding them back.

Surveys are useful — but they flatten nuance.

A survey can tell you what someone selected. A conversation can reveal why they answered that way, where a workflow is breaking down, or what they've already figured out on their own.

Better listening leads to a better plan.

The more context you have about your people and their everyday work, the more specific your Blueprint can be about training, workflow opportunities, investment, and change.
